All Illuminate London orders are processed between Monday-Friday.

As all our products are specially handcrafted and made to order, this can take up to 2-4 workings days once your order has been placed.

The order will be shipped using RoyalMail services from London, UK.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Standard deliveries can be expected in 2-5 working days. First Class delivery options available. The November-December period is a busy season for small businesses leading up to Christmas, we apologise in advance for any delays with your order.
